Learn how to Learn
To Acheinu Bnei Yisroel B'chol Makom She'hem
I know Rav Ephraim Rubin for many years and he is a talmid chacham that has helped many of his talmidim recognise their kochos and develop into fine, learned men.
Rav Ephraim is very devoted to his work and I am sure that whomever takes advantage of what he has to offer will greatly benefit from this.

"Ephraim has helped me in many ways as my Chavrusah for over 15 years. I have grown in my understanding of how to learn Gemara and Torah, improved my observance and understanding of what it is to be a Jew and what it means to be a better person. His insights and experience in teaching teenagers, young adults and experienced men like myself have been invaluable. If you want to grow or improve yourself or enable improved focus on what's important in life, spending some time learning with Ephraim is my strong recommendation.

My hour of learning with Reb Ephraim has come to be the time of day I most look forward to.
I have known Ephraim for 15 years; since I moved to RBS. 6 years ago we started learning B’chavrusa one day a week and have now begun to learn together daily. He sees in a sugia questions and answers that I would never see. He has answers to questions which I've thought didn’t merit a serious answer and he even finds meforshim who ask and answer the very question that I thought was just a Bal- t'shuva question. On top of that he is a mentch. K. Kolman
He's virtually the best chavrusa one can find! - M.P.
Learning with Ephraim Rubin has been a real enjoyment and has opened a new perspective in Gemora-learning that is lively, challenging and highly interactive. He is tuned in to my pace and yet has a way of increasing my level of learning constantly. My hour of learning with him has come to be the time of day I most look forward to. Kasriel Lewis
